YMCA Camp Tecumseh

Since its founding, YMCA Camp Tecumseh has maintained its commitment to core principles while evolving to offer diverse programs that foster personal growth and community. The camp features tailored programs for various age groups: the Braves program for young children introduces overnight experiences, while the Blazers and Warriors programs increase in challenge with activities like cookouts and specialized clinics in rocketry and climbing. The Pathfinders program offers older campers high adventure activities and leadership training. The Camper-in-Leadership-Training (CILT) program notably prepares teens for community leadership, emphasizing faith, friendship, respect, and trust. Additionally, family camps and group retreats provide structured and leisure activities for family bonding and organizational team-building in a dynamic outdoor setting.
