MD Camp at Ohio State

The MD Camp at Ohio State is a three-week summer program for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in medical careers. It includes medical school experiences, shadowing clinicians and researchers, and lectures on a variety of medical topics. Participants engage in problem-based learning, research projects, community service, and clinical workshops. They also get the chance to shadow physicians and assess clinical skills. The program is targeted towards students traditionally underrepresented in medicine. Admission requires a strong academic record and recommendations.
