Camp Yakety Yak

Camp Yakety Yak is a nurturing environment designed specifically for children with special needs, aged 5-15, as well as young adults aged 16-22, focusing on developing social skills and friendships. This inclusive day camp offers a unique opportunity for children and young adults to engage in activities that foster emotional and social growth. The camp's staff includes highly trained college-level individuals and mature teen volunteers, ensuring personalized attention and care. Furthermore, the camp embraces a "Reverse Inclusion" model, supporting not just those with special needs but also their neurotypical siblings and friends, creating a holistic family support system.
