Camp Ramapo

Camp Ramapo is a residential summer camp designed for young individuals facing social, emotional, or learning challenges, including those on the autism spectrum. It fosters a supportive community that celebrates diversity and individual strengths. The camp features a mix of children and young adults with varying cognitive, social, and emotional abilities. Staff members, who are emerging professionals in education, social work, and youth service, receive training in the Ramapo Approach. The camp offers a nurturing environment that promotes independence, self-confidence, social skills, and the joy of friendship and fun.
