Camp Ho Mita Koda

Camp Ho Mita Koda is a pioneering summer camp dedicated to children and teens with Type 1 Diabetes. The camp focuses on building confidence, independence, and fostering friendships. It promotes healthy lifestyle choices and develops essential 21st-century skills through a minimal technology and non-competitive program. The camp's mission is to nurture children with Type 1 Diabetes in mind, body, and spirit. The dedicated staff includes professionals from various fields, many of whom have grown up as campers or leaders-in-training at Camp Ho Mita Koda.
