Camp Allen Inc

Camp Allen is an inclusive camp that has been nurturing growth, friendships, and fun since 1931 for children and adults with developmental and/or physical challenges. Originally founded by the Boston Lions Club as a retreat for young girls who were blind, the camp expanded its mission in the mid-1960s to cater to individuals of all ages with various disabilities. Offering both day and residential programs, Camp Allen is a place where over 600 campers annually experience the joy of outdoor activities, learn about diversity, gain confidence, and create lasting memories. The camp emphasizes the development of personal skills and the formation of new friendships in a supportive outdoor setting.
