Brendan Sailing St. Mary's Camp

The Brendan Sailing St. Mary's Camp, located at St. Mary's College of Maryland, offers unique sailing experiences for children aged 11-18. This program, designed especially for youths with learning differences, focuses on building confidence and social skills through sailing. With no prior sailing or boating experience required, participants learn about various aspects of sailing, paddle sports, and powerboating from US Sailing and US Powerboating certified instructors. The curriculum includes hands-on experience in all domains of recreational boating. In addition to water activities, campers engage in team-building and recreational activities like swimming and games. The camp offers both day and overnight sessions, with overnight campers staying in college housing and enjoying campus facilities.
