Arete Swim Camp

Arete Swim Camp, held at Fairleigh Dickinson University, offers a comprehensive and engaging experience for competitive swimmers aged 8-18. The camp schedule includes a variety of activities such as breakfast, morning swim sessions focused on technique, stroke demonstrations, and classroom sessions covering topics like goal setting, nutrition, and motivational talks. Afternoons are filled with lunch, video reviews with coaches, dryland exercises, and team time games and competitions. Evenings feature dinner and fun nighttime activities.
