4-H Patuxent River Center Camp

The Patuxent River 4-H Center Camp offers a blend of educational and recreational activities for young individuals. For the little ones aged 5-12, the Day Camp program provides a week of exploration and discovery. Campers spend their days canoeing down the Patuxent River, learning about the local wildlife, and participating in hands-on activities like archery and arts and crafts. For older campers aged 8-12, the Resident Camp program offers a more immersive experience. Campers spend the week living in rustic cabins, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. They participate in a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, and swimming, and learn valuable life skills like teamwork and problem-solving.
